Each support request you submit to us will be dealt with within maximum one hour. If for any reason whatsoever your ticket or e–mail requires additional assistance from a server admin, we’ll forward it and leave a comment to notify you that your matter is being worked on. If you order our Managed Servers package, any of the server management tasks included there will be executed at a time that suits you.
A First–Class Customer Service
Our technical support team will be online for you twenty–four–seven if you require assistance working with the Control Panel or with any of the applications that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated web hosting server. And if you require help handling all the ordinary administration tasks on your server, you can have a look at the Managed Servers package, which includes backup hard disk drive space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, troubleshooting and software installation procedures, server monitoring and restarting procedures, etc.

Every dedicated server includes our free Control Panel, which offers an extensive knowledge base and a selection of educational video tutorials. Whenever you need help working with the Control Panel, just click on the Help or Videos buttons located in the upper right corner.
